Skyhigh Infraland Private Limited failed to adhere the Financial norms and discipline of the Allahabad Bank as per the terms and conditions of the sanction and the loan account of the Corporate Debtor was declared as NPA on 29.12.2016 and being non – responsive to the calls of the Financial Creditor , Allahabad Bank subsequently moved a petition under Section 7 of the IBC, 2016 against the Corporate Debtor on 23/02/2018 before the NCLT Chandigarh Bench to initiate the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. Therefore on 12.02.2018, the Financial Creditor appointed Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover as Interim Resolution Professional.
The NCLT vide its order dated 02.11.2018 appointed Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover to act as the Interim Resolution Professional who was ratified as Resolution Professional by the Committee of Creditors in the 1st COC meeting held on 29.11.2018.
